Nwabisa Pamela Balfour is the Managing Director and founder of AquaNexus Mkhomazi Technology, driven by her passion for environmental sustainability and advancing South Africa’s maritime and technology sectors. She established AquaNexus to deliver modern, impactful solutions to environmental challenges on land and at sea.
With an Advanced Diploma in Public Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management, Nwabisa brings strong governance, leadership, and execution skills. Her public-sector experience adds deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks and stakeholder engagement, ensuring AquaNexus operates with integrity and compliance.
Her hands-on background in water quality assessment and treatment strengthens the company’s technical capability and commitment to data-driven, environmentally responsible solutions.
